Introduction The comorbidity between Schizophrenia and Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms represents almost 25% of schizophrenic patients it is believed that 12% match the diagnostic criteria for Disorder. Some second-generation antipsychotics may worsen or even induce those symptoms, which makes treatment this a difficult challenge. Objectives To assess link Symptoms, to discuss challenges options. present clinical case report patient with improved proper treatment. Methods We performed non-systematic review existent literature keywords “Schizophrenia” “Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms”. Description report. Results male, 21 years old, single, diagnosed Schizophrenia. In past year, he was admitted twice in psychiatric ward persecutory mystic delusions, lead him erratic behaviour. Since his adolescence manifested repeated washing compulsive cleaning associated fear being contaminated multiple diseases. Those compulsions worsened when started treated antipsychotics. However, therapeutic adjustments introduction an antidepressant we were able control symptoms. Conclusions aggravate psychotic patients.
